This Refund Policy applies to refunds for membership fees, event registration fees, and any other payments made to All India Steam Education Association  [AISEA]

1. Membership Fees

Membership fees are non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally submit duplicate payments for your membership fees, you may request a refund for the duplicate payment amount.
• Overpayment: If you have overpaid your membership fees due to an error or miscalculation, you may request a refund for the excess amount paid.
• Event Registration Fees

• 2. Event registration fees are refundable according to the following schedule:

• Full Refund: If you cancel your registration before the specified deadline for a full refund, you will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
• Partial Refund: If you cancel your registration after the specified deadline but before the event begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund, less any applicable administrative fees or penalties.
• 3. How to Request a Refund

• To request a refund, please contact us at 8418051098  with Sheetal Dubey, contact information, and details of the payment for which you are requesting a refund. We will process your refund request please get back to us within 24-48 hours, but please allow up to one week for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

• 4. Refund Disputes

• If you believe that you are entitled to a refund but your request has been denied or not processed in a timely manner, please contact us to resolve the issue. We will make every effort to address your concerns and ensure a fair resolution.

• 5. Changes to Refund Policy
